Everything You Need to Know

Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or you’re a regular client, we know you may have questions. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common enquiries about our treatments, preparation, aftercare and appointments. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we’re always happy to help.

General Questions

Yes. All treatments are by appointment only to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention.

Before Your Appointment

For the best results, hair should be approximately 1cm in length—around the size of a grain of rice. If you've been shaving, we recommend allowing at least three weeks of hair growth before your appointment.

Hair that is too short may not wax effectively, so in some cases your appointment may need to be postponed to achieve the best results.

After Your Appointment

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for around three to four weeks, although everyone's hair growth cycle is different.

During Your Appointment

Everyone experiences waxing differently. Most clients find the discomfort is brief, and regular waxing often becomes more comfortable over time.

Appointments & Policies

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
