Waxing is now a preferred method of hair removal for many women and men as there are so many benefits from choosing waxing over shaving.
Available for all areas of the body, waxing is a quick effective removal of unwanted hair that leaves the skin smooth and leads to a finer regrowth with re-waxing necessary only every 4 weeks.
We are proud to announce that we are one of the only salons in Kent that DO NOT double dip their spatulas whilst waxing. We have high standards of hygiene because your health and safety is paramount to us.
Using top quality products from the world famous “Ital Wax” line of waxes which shrink wrap even the smallest of hairs without sticking to the skin, ensuring a less painful treatment and great results!
We gently clean your skin and a thin layer of oil is applied to create a lipid barrier. This helps to prevent the wax from sticking to the skin, just to the hair. After waxing we soothe your skin with a healing lotion, and finish with a nourishing cream.
We strongly advise clients not to shave or use depilatory creams for a minimum of 3 full weeks before any waxing treatments. You must not use a sun bed, sauna or any heat treatments and to avoid exfoliating in the 24 hours before or after your wax treatment.
We use Hot wax for your comfort in delicate areas such as facial, underarms, bikini and extreme waxing i.e Hollywood and Brazilian.

Etiquette
Please arrive for your treatment clean and refreshed. We have refreshing wipes that we are happy to hand if you are coming straight from work.
How long does the hair need to be?
The hair should be No shorter than a grain of rice or 1 centimetre to ensure maximum results. If you’re having extreme waxing, the longer the hair the more painful it will be so you can trim before your appointment. If you have been shaving, you need a minimum of 3 weeks growth to get the best result. When the hair is too short, it is advisable not to carry out the treatment as it will be a waste of your money.
How long will the result last?
Everyone is different. In most cases, you will see minimal regrowth during the first three weeks, with a noticeable increase after that. Continued waxing encourages slower, sparser regrowth.
How often should I be waxed?
Every 4 weeks.
